We're counting down to Sandy's Platinum Jubilee Concert!

Sandy Town Council is looking forward to kicking off the Platinum Jubilee bank holiday weekend with a great, free community event, featuring live music, family activities, a picnic area, food & drink stalls, community information stands and Sandy's part in the national beacon lighting to mark this special occasion.
Date: Thursday 2nd June 2022
Time: 2pm-10pm. Doors open at 1:30pm
Location: Grounds of Sandye Place, Park Road, Sandy, SG19 1JD

PLEASE NOTE:

There will be no vehicle access or parking on the event site or Park Road. Parking is available in the free Town Centre car park and other paid car parks at the train station. We would encourage those who are able to walk to the event.

Due to licensing, attendance will be restricted - come early to avoid disappointment.

For security, bag searches will be in operation. A list of prohibited items is below. Anyone refusing a bag search will not be allowed into the event.

No barbecues allowed on site, including disposable barbecues.

No dogs allowed on site.

The event is on a grass playing field; please wear suitable footwear.

The site will be dark at the end of the event - please bring a torch.
The following items CAN be brought into the event:

1 x folding chair or blanket is permitted on site per person. There will be an area towards the rear of the site where these can be used and they will not be permitted outside of this area.

Food for personal consumption.

Hampers and cool boxes.

Cigarettes for personal consumption.

Alcohol for personal consumption. Intoxicated people however, will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave.
